To support those patients who find it difficult to attend appointments during normal surgery hours we offer some appointments outside normal hours. These appointments are available with Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and our Phlebotomist. Please ask for details.

During the week from 6.30pm to 8.00am, at weekends and Bank Holidays when the surgery is closed please ring 111. This is a freephone number from both landlines and mobile telephones. This allows you direct access to the Out of Hours service.
If you call the Practice telephone number when we are closed you will be given the option to be transferred to 111, however your service provider will charge you for this call. The Out of Hours services is available for urgent consultations which cannot wait until your GP surgery is open.
The nearest A&E Department is at Lincoln County Hospital, Greetwell Road, Lincoln, LN2 5QY. Telephone: 01522 512512.
There is a Walk-in Centre at 63 Monks Road, Lincoln LN2 5HP. It is open Monday to Sunday 8.00 am - 8.00 pm. The centre is run by a team of experienced nurses and GPs. You do not need to make an appointment.

During the Bank holiday closure please ring 111 for medical assistance, where you will speak to highly trained advisors with nurse support. This is a free service from mobiles and landlines.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pain and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
