Graduated from Kings College Hospital, London in 1988 after which he spent three years doing hospital training in London and Kent followed by one year's GP training in Scarborough. He joined the practice in August 1995. His medical interests include IT, child health surveillance and minor surgery. He achieved Fellowship by Assessment in 2000. He is the practice Lead for Clinical Governance, Prescribing, IT, and the Quality and Outcomes Framework.

Graduated from Liverpool Medical School in 1989, having enjoyed an active role in medical student life, being Treasurer of the Society in his fourth year and Captain of the Medical School Football Team for three years. Following House Officer jobs, he moved to Macclesfield in Cheshire for his vocational training and took a year out to work in Australia prior to finishing his GP training. Since being in Lincoln, he has taken up the position of Club Doctor to Lincoln City Football Club since 1996 and has graduated from Nottingham University with an MSc in Sports Medicine. Within the practice, he is responsible for finance and complaints, with a shared responsibility for personnel and is also responsible for the practice appointment system. Clinically, he has interests in asthma, diabetes and minor surgery in addition to Sports Medicine. He is also a GP with a Special Interest in Orthopaedics.

MB BCh BAO MRCSI MRCGP PGCME
Graduated from University College Dublin in 1994. Following internship, he completed a three year Pre-Fellowship training programme in Surgery in Ireland. After Membership examinations, he spent two years as an Orthopaedic Registrar in Cork and Limerick. He then moved to the UK in 2000 and completed the Lincoln Vocational Training Scheme in 2003. He then worked as a Salaried Principal in two local Practices before joining Minster Medical Practice as a Partner in August 2004. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and is an approved GP Trainer. He enjoys the wide variety of General Practice.

Graduated from Nottingham Medical School in 1986. Worked in Nottingham and Derby before joining the Derby Vocational Training Scheme. Following Membership in 1991, she joined the Jessop Medical Practice in Ripley, Derbyshire as a Partner and also worked as an appraiser and a clinical assistant in diabetes in Derby Royal Infirmary. She completed a post graduate certificate in diabetes in 2002. She moved to Lincolnshire in 2004 where she worked as an appraiser, as a GP with a special interest in diabetes and a long-term locum at Sleaford Medical Group before becoming a Partner there in 2006 until August 2013. She was mentor to the Nurse Practitioner and was GP tutor to final year medical students at the University of Nottingham Medical School. Clinically her interests include mental health, diabetes and palliative care but considers herself and enjoys being a generalist.

BSc MBBS MRCP MRCGP
Qualified from The London Hospital Medical College in 1993. Dr. Culpitt initially trained in General internal Medicine at various London hospitals. She gained MRCP in 1996, following which she took an academic post at The National Heart and Lung Institute studying and researching lung disease. She subsequently left the NHS to pursue other medical roles including trek and remote area medicine, combining this with private practice in the financial district of London. After travelling widely and remotely in the Himalayas, she returned to NHS practice in 2012. She moved to Lincoln in 2013 to be close to her family, and to train in General Practice. Dr Culpitt completed her GP training in 2016. She is delighted to be working at the Minster Medical Practice and relishes the broad challenge of GP work. She retains an interest in lung disease, and in all aspects of Internal Medicine.

Graduated from University Complutense in Madrid in 1989 and moved to the UK where she initially gained wide postgraduate experience in surgical jobs, and particularly in orthopaedics. She spent one year as Anatomy Demonstrator at St George's Medical School in London and passed Primary FRCS in 1995. She then joined The Greenwich Vocational Training Scheme for General Practice in South East London. She completed her training in Lincolnshire in 2001 after placements in psychiatry in Lincoln and GP Registrar at Market Rasen. She joined Minster Medical Practice as a GP Assistant and became a Salaried Doctor in 2003. She achieved ALS Provider Certificate in 1998 and DFFP in 2001. She ran a teenage Family Planning Clinic at Market Rasen. Her interests include gynaecology, family planning, orthopaedics and minor surgery.
