From Monday 3rd February we will no longer be using Ask My GP. Instead we are changing to a system called SystmConnect which is built into our existing clinical system. You can use this system via SystmOnline (this is the preferred method as this links directly to your medical record), or via our website without having to be registered.
You do not need to rush to add your request at 8am. The system is currently open for appointment requests from 8am to 3pm and we are increasing this until it will be open from 8am until 6.30pm.
All requests will be triaged and allocated a priority which will be either same day, within 48 hours, up to 1 week and up to 2 weeks. An appointment will be booked according to the priority assigned.
The system is already open from 8am to 6.30pm for admin queries.
