The entrance doors are locked from 6pm onwards for security. If you require a service between 6pm and 6.30pm, please knock on the door and a member of staff will come to assist you.

Accessibility

We aim to be fully accessible for our disabled patients and have an ongoing programme to comply with the Disability Access Act.

Disabled patients will not find any difficulty in obtaining access to the surgery where all main services are provided on the ground floor. A toilet for disabled people is also available.

Out of Hours and Emergencies

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Extended Access

We provide early morning appointments from 7.15am on Mondays and 7.30am on Thursdays.
We also provide booked appointments from 6.30pm to 8pm on Mondays.

Additional extended hours services are available and our registered patients will be able to book appointments each weekday from 6.30pm to 8pm and on Saturdays.

Please note however that evening and weekend appointments may be held at other local practices and will not be carried out by our staff. If you wish to be seen outside our core opening hours please ask at reception and we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you.

Please note, you will need to consent to your medical records being made available to the person seeing you for any appointment booked using the extended hours service.
